President Rouhani: Khaf-Herat railway to strengthen Iran-Afghanistan ties

Iran’s President Hassan Rouhani on Thursday hailed inauguration of Khaf-Herat railway in an online ceremony with Afghan President Ashraf Ghani saying it is benefiting for both the Iranian and Afghan people.
